Worst experience ever had..they don't know anything about things and wi just keep troubling you..

Not at all satisfying. The staff do not know anything about Jio issues, all they talk about is payments and redirect us to customer care. I don't really understand the point of such service centers.

Employee were good at behaviour but if your JIO sim is lost you have to bring registered alternate number to activate which is a major drawback. You will get OTP in that registered alternate no to activate & nowadays when mobile is lost then alternate no. is also lost ( Dual Sim ). If you have JIO installed in both sim slot then it's impossible to activate either of these. In addition you have to bring the same document from which your sim got activated & if your document is updated with changes in DOB or Address you are not going to get the new SIM. I had to search my old aadhar from my e mail in which my address was different & they were refusing to activate SIM with new address on my Aadhar so I somehow managed to get my Sim in an adventurous manner.

Pathetic experience. Showed me a different device and opened seal of different device. Then the sales boy says can't change it. Very bad experience.
