PODS Moving & Storage

I will never in my life use P.O.D.S storage facility, services, or containers again. I have been repeatedly ignored by the entire staff. Still no return call or any call what so ever from their claims department when I filed my claim way over 30 days ago. They continue to wrongfully bill me and take unauthorized amounts out of my account. They picked up and lost my storage container with all my belongings in it. Was told several different stories including my container must be empty because they would never pick up a container with a lock on it and/or someone's personal belongings. When my container was finally found, I of course went immediately to gather my now broken belongings from their faculty, filed a claim, and completely cleared it out, yet they continue to bill me for storing that container at their faculty that is completely empty. When arriving I was told I would find nothing of mine because it was empty with no lock. Well it wasn't empty and because of my broken things lodged against the door, we could not open it. I called, knocked, called customer service, and could not for the life of me get any assistance or even a answer from the faculty. Finally 4 hours later their driver seen me in distress and helped me open the container to just find my life broken before me. Here we are in October with thousands missing from my accounts and thousands in broken belongings and I still haven't heard back from them and they continue to bill me for containers I no longer possess. Total rip off. Worst choice of my life. Terrible customer service. Please choose someone else.

I have moved in the past using a uhaul and movers; however, using PODS was the best decision I have ever made, in regards to moving. Each employee I encountered from sales, billing, customer services, the facility, and drivers seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. This came through in the service they provided to me as they all went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I have told many people about my experience and I know I will use PODS in the future. I would like to highlight the stellar service I received from the following POD employees: Charles Rittling (Wichita, KS Lead Driver), Tom (Wichita, KS POD Facility), John (Sales Associate), Frank (Customer Service), Jennifer (Sales Associate), Laura (Billing), and Verlon Frazier (Carrollton, TX Driver). Thanks to all of you, my moving experience was less stressful!!!
