American Self Storage

This is the only place in town that let me store and practice my drum set, and the management is really nice and helpful. When I was already set up, I requested a unit further from the office so I could know that no one could hear me, even though I was assured it didn’t bother anyone, and I was switched to a different one immediately. Very affordable too!

Great facility with awesome management staff! Something wrong? Alex will address it, post haste. Grounds are clean. Electricity available in all units, far as I know. I had a 10x20 unit there and moved across the street because it was cheaper but the 10x20s are really 10x18 and security system is antiquated. Someone drove off with my welder one day and the tenant they were associated with refused to give up his thieving friends yet was allowed to remain a tenant! I moved back as soon as another 10×20 was available and Alex was good enough to call to let me know about the moment it was! Well worth the few dollars more, without question!

What an amazing storage facility. Management is so amazing and helpful. They helped me keep my storage and manage it better. So thankful. If you need a clean, professional, reasonable storage place check out American self storage. You won't be disappointed.

I recently relocated to Texas and had to rent a storage place for 60 days. Very short term. A colleague recommended American Self Storage and told me the young couple there was amazing and very nice and professional. He was right! Amanda and Alex were very easy to work with. I also used them to rent a Penske Truck for my move when the time came. One thing I just noticed as I was writing this review is some lady posted that she did not get a refund after moving out at the first of the month. I had a similar situation where I moved out several days into the month but I didn't have a problem with any of it as the policy was explained to me when I rented the space. If this customer had a problem it had to be her attitude or lack of understanding of the policy. I didn't have an issue, they were very easy to work with. I hate seeing 1 star reviews on anything due to a customer not understanding something when the info is available or just plain entitlement. Anyway, I love the place and I really enjoyed working with Amanda and Alex even though it was a very short term thing. Strongly recommend to anyone short term or long. God Bless

I really wish I could give negative stars. Do not store here! They tell you its secure & safe. My sister stored here & had TWO FLAT SCREEN TVS STOLEN as well as A FULL DESKTOP COMPUTER & OTHER VALUABLE ITEMS that cannot be replaced. This all happened in less than a two month spand... lock was not broken or cut, which makes us believe the office/owners had an extra key to open her until.. The office also claims that they do not have footage & they are not willing to help us AT ALL. We could only assume that other people's storages have also been gone through because our lock was not tampered with. DO NOT STORE HERE!!!!
