I had a great experience dealing with this company. They answered the phone promptly and were very friendly. The operator (David) who I spoke with was very knowledgeable about my needs. He didn’t try to over sale me on anything other than what I needed. He walked with me thru the sizes available and how many rooms each spaces was likely to accommodate. Mainly because this was my first time renting a storage space, the information provided helped me make a confident and sound decision.

I have been with StorageMart for years. Started with Mr. Tom, who went over and beyond the call of duty to assist me when the moving truck I rented had no breaks and no brake fluid in it. Mr Tom called the company and gave them the business. Now working with his son Mr. Scott and Ms. Stella. They are great and always willing to help and work with their customers. I'm glad my family and I chose to be a customer and recommend the facility to anyone.

So far so good! After having a not so good experience at another facility, I decided to give Storage Mart a try. From the customer rep I spoke with on the phone, to the lady I dealt with on site, my experience was great. They were extremely professional and very nice. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because I'm a new customer and havent had my things on site for 24 hrs. I definitely recommend this facility.

Id give this a neg rating but i cant... This place is so wrong in many ways plus we drove from south texas to get here .. All in all a wasted trip wondering if are family things that's past down from gen to gen and a car plus crate motor" hemi ".. Then to find out they cant help us till tomorrow . i never been late always on time we been Waiting on a response from here and they said they cant help till tomorrow...im so disappointed in this place to catch so much hell with mother nature and now we cant even see are things or if they are still their due to the hurricanes. Last we were told its non accessible high water and nothing else but a email we seen today .. Plus 140 in gas .

The phone operator along the store employees are very professional and helpful!
