Staff at Renault Ramgarh is good. But Renault is a very irresponsible company with false promises. You book a car, then it's not necessary that company will give you car on time or even after 2-3 months from the given date. When I booked car, they said delivery will be within 30 days, but then after 90 days also, I didn't get the car, so I cancelled.nIf you are very low on budget then only go for Renault cars. Their build quality is not very good, and cars are underpowered. You can find use of cheap quality plastic and cost cutting material throughout the car. You can find fancy features, but build quality is not as good as competitors. So, I increased my budget by almost 30% and bought other company vehicle. If your budget allows better go for Ford, VW, Skoda etc. They have highest quality build and less waiting period.nEven after all the decision, you decide to buy a Renault due to tight budget or other constraints, contact Pankaj at Renault Ramgarh, he is very supportive and good person who assisted throughout the process.

This is the best Renault showroom in Jharkhand. Highly recommended.
