PODS Moving & Storage

I would like to see an online estimate before having them call me. It would be more effective if I could see my costs on an online form vs filling out a questionnaire that I do not see any results from. Website can also be more transparent. They should say to fill out the form so they will contact you. That way you already know. Overall ok website.

Used the POD after my mom died unexpectedly to remove items from her house. The drop off and pick up was beyond convenient as opposed to trying to find a storage unit and moving it all myself. Got my pod and emptied into the garage I now have almost 2 years later and everything was in the Pod just as I had left it. It was definitely worth the money for the storage and convenience.

Expensive

Friendly dependable service, they picked up and delivered on time. A little hard to schedule the days you want because of high demand. I tied everything down and nothing was damaged.

I am currently waiting for a technician to return to our POD to assist with a door jam. I was told by 4 different agents yesterday that we appeared on the scheduled route for the day but the technician was a no-show with no call to communicate to reschedule. I am going to have to cancel movers I have scheduled because we are unable to access my belongings (that I waited 9+ days for due to delivery schedule) that have been sitting outside the apartment for two days now.
