Worst possible management. You have to visit the hospital with the patient and then only you get an on spot appointment. We reached there at 9 30 and were having token no. 1.Initially it was told that doctor will see the out patients at 11. It went on to get delayed by 1 hour every hour. Finally at 4 pm, I had to get the appointment cancelled. The patient was sitting all this while in the car. Pathetic service to say the least. Please never ever visit it.

Worst hospital ever I have seen. Poorest management and staff behaviour is too rude, they think they are the boss. Always waiting time will go beyond 3 hrs, even you booked appointment. Because of their waiting time I left the hospital with out showing the report. It is pathetic.nMy humble request to the Dr. Sab... please draw your attention to the hospital stuff and ask them to book appointments based on doctors availability.nI don't have any comments on treatment because I didn't get chance to meet the doctor ud83dude03.

Very unhygenic hospital..nThey did not have proper management ..proper things to take care of a patient.nReally management is like sarakari hospital.nAfter surgery theirnPaper reporting is not proper, descharge paper etc are very poor..they even not going to mentain rather problem is fully solved or not.nWhen you will go outside to bksc nobody is going to value your report.nR.p shrivastva will never even come for round to meet & see their patient.n& if you gonna ask any quires their then they going to tell you apna demang mat lagao.nI m not happy with pcnl surgery.nNo doubt dr.shrivastava is good surgen but management & overall not worth.nThey need to improve their way whole management.

One of the best surgeon in Bokaro and jharkhand...nGuys trust me he is very skill doctor.nMy father gallbladder surgery is done here by laproscopic..

Dr. R.P Srivastav is a very good doctor.he is very experienced. I have done my gallbladder surgery there and overall experience was good.Hospital maintenance was good.Rooms were neat and clean.staffs behaviour was good expect those who used to be in reception.
