Bank officials are mostly incompetent when it’s related to online banking, and to hide this they show rude attitude to the customers. I have provided all my details just to change my mobile number for online transaction and the number did not get changed. I spent next 3 days to find out who can fix the issue and could not find anyone after bouncing back from table to table. The easy solution for me was to transfer the branch to one in Kolkata. Enough banking with these legendary branch, full of legends of the era.

The behavior of the employees is very bad.Employees misbehave with students and poor people.If you ask something,they does not answer properly.
