Disappointing at various levels. Informing the unavailabilities of flowers at the last moment. And, even after giving them 4 additional options with different flower types, they still fumble. They charge extra for Fixed Time Delivery- So, they understand that there are people in World, who are particular about time or might have some constraints. However, all of this understanding goes for a toss, once the payment has been made and it's execution time!! The only good experience which I had was that whenever I tried to reach out to the Support, there was someone to respond(BTW, the calls were not productive).

I would like to share my disappointing and disheartening experience I had with Flower Aura earlier this week . It was on the occasion of my brother's 40th birthday , a milestone celebration , I purchased a 2 tier, a 3kg Manchester United cake from floweraura on for 5th sep. I contacted the customer care throughout the next few days to share the inputs on flavour and other aspects on the cake and I have provided them accordingly. At the time of delivery around 7 PM on 5th of September, I received a damaged melted cake ( enclosed are the pictures ), I was informed by the vendor that it was damaged on the way as the delivery person travelled 25kms on the bike . Whatsoever , I immediately contacted cust care and vendor vendor turned down the option to send a replacement cake for the birthday . Amidst the dilemma and panic , I reached out to flower aura customer care executive wherein I was provided with the option to receive a cake the next day or order a different cake (with additional charge ) without a choice . For the matter of fact you are dealing with the products that are meant for special day celebration . As a solution how is it the right way to tell your customer to get the product on a different day. Secondly leaving customers with no other option with no way to get another cake, giving them the alternative to purchase a random cake with additional price is no way the right way to deal with it . Leave aside compensating us on the trouble , all we were left with was a damaged cake It's an extremely disappointing and depressing experience for me as well as my family as a customer with the solutions and action taken by your team .As you deal with the products which are closely related to customer's emotions and special occasion celebration , your team should carefully deal with the solutions provided. I was left with nothing at end of the day And it was humiliating for me in front of all the guests. Your customer service is extremely pathetic with no empathy for customers and it’s extremely disappointing. I have attached pics of what I ordered and what I received. Also I have attached the screenshot of reply when I mailed them about the experience from their customer care who really don’t give a damn what customer went through !

They completely spoiled my Brother in law’s birthday by sending a melted spoiled fondant cake. And the best part is customer care isn’t concerned

The customer service is good. I was able to modify the order couple of times. It was done without much hassles.
