Hello bank of India I'm Ratan Kuamr hardhowa village post kurumba ....i have account in your bank. and visiting many times it's very good more safety and secure.. I'm happy & trust...but I was visit this last 3 days for my printing of passbook ..the fat ladies say printer is not working... I say okay..and I ask dear mam i coming last day and my house to far i saty almost 5 6 km.. why did you not complain to your senior or manager ...I have urgent wor to sand my passbook copy please understand...she replied you can to with manager... when he come...behave very badly talking..and other customer also they very old person.. it's very bad bank of India..was are not accepting for the your bank.. thank you ud83dude4f

The bank is no proper and the staffs are not friendly with the peoples HOD of this branch please take the action on it and see that
