I ordered a phone and it reached Hazaribag 3 days back but still it is not being delivered and when I called then the delivery agent used slangs and said he will not deliver and he was on a holiday. Please @Amazon don't degrad your customer service in Hazaribag.

During lockdown, i ordered a mask set of 3 and then it got cancelled after reaching hazaribagh. Mask should be under medical things. I don't know why it got cancelled. And my baby wipes is not delivered yet on time during lockdown (it was supposed to be delivered on 8th april). Baby wipes also come under medical supplies.
