They committ that my phone is in extend warranty for 3 months , but after , next they annapurna service center confirmed that that they cheated me, what they did with my mi a3 , after service I got the network issue in my phone, poor service in hazaribag, , even they didn't show me what has been changed . They told me that they updated my phone , and they lied. I suggest , do not visit there,

I had to change my Redmi note 5 battery so I went here and asked to replace with new battery they opened and told me that battery cost is Rs. 1,350 I said fine please change the battery. After a while they said that mobile's mother board needs to be change I asked for the reason and they said It had come in contact with water, and I was shocked because my mobile never fell into or never came in contact with water. Then also I agreed I said ok if you change mother board and battery together how much will it cost and the staff said altogether it will cost 2,000. I said ok pls reapir it ,he said it will take more than a week I said ok and left from there.nIt had been 16 days after that, but my mobile was not repaired. He kept saying that your mobile part has been ordered but it's yet to come and is coming coming coming. Having said that It will take one week they kept my mobile unrepaired for more than 16 days, I got frustrated with their service and asked to return my Mobile. After that I came to Dhanbad and I got it repaired in a shop and he just changed my mobiles battery with 6 month's warranty in just 10 minutes and now my phone is working fine.
