ICICI Bank Etah - Branch & ATM

All is good only the employees behavior is not good especially the one who is alloted for the aadhar Services. He always gives one to two months late dates to customers even just for applying for enrolling and updating adhaar card.

The Bank staff are demanding PAN No. for even Rs. 30000. The make the an uneducated person visit the bank several times. When we tried to speak to the officers from Bengaluru, they were very rude and arrogantly replied. Later they even refused to speak to me. I and my my wife hold ICICI Bank Account since over a decade. There is no respect for customers and their calls. Such bank officers are a burden on the society. Is it the way the Bank officials have to behave, The Bank was on the top and now has gone down. Due to poor services, we had already closed our two current accounts. Now we will close our remaining accounts also. If the top management do not interfere and set right the attitude of Bank staff, it will be difficult for the bank to grow and retain customers..
