Very poor customer service. All the staff are very pathetic and frustrating.nOnce the sample is received no one is there to help you regarding any information.nWhen contacted on phone they will ask you to reply after check-in but they will never reply.nImproper cold chain is maintained while transportation.nVery poor logistics
