Picked up a courier (Hyderabad to Vijayawada)....they asked for ID proof and the man who put the parcel in the car asked for a tip.....it was very quick as I was there before 8am and as I was the only customer present at that time. I am very satisfied with their service.

It is one of the travels which maintain a dynamic pricing , The ticket prices are cheap on weekdays while they are rocket high durimg weekends, They have a nice collection of fleet but their AC buses do stink at times but the drivers are professional and make you reach the destination on time.nComing to the place, the staff is unprofessional and after booking the seat in one bus and if it wasn't full they cancel the bus and divert you to another bus in different seats and make you wait for long hours in their small office, The restrooms are stinking and their office is full of mosquitoes and they didn't care to take care of them.Hope they rectify it soon.

I have an expectation about morning star travels. But this didn't follow timings.nIt was already delayed by one hour at boarding point and 1 and 1/2 delayed at dropping point. Bus was stopping at everywhere for boarding passengers to make money for driver and helper like RTC. If anyone want to go with time, don't follow this travels.

Worst management. When the bus is cancelled, information to the passenger needs to be communicated. But management is a total disaster. People above 60+ years are allocated with upper seats, eventhough they booked lower berths in another bus if their wish. Stupid management, worst , A disaster.
