This is a very good idea. Located on Bhavani Island in Vijayawada, the place is very serene and beautiful. But, maintenance should be better. Current government seems to be earning without maintaining properly.

Good Place for a family outing and a short picnic. There are few development activities still going in when we visited for Robotic Dinosaur Parks and Fountains.nnA boat ride on Krishna River takes us to island. Fare is 100 Rupees per Adult and no fare for kids below 5 years.nnSeveral Water rides, jet ski, etc., Available at fair price.nnSafety is made sure by providing life jackets.nnCycling can be done on island with 150 R per hour for couple bikes and 50 for single bike.

It is OK type can't expect extraordinary neatness and service from here. It is OK OK type.nBut people who are interested in river view, they may feel good but not very clean and tidy etc.,.

Very nice resort to take family out during weekend. Good APTDC Restaurant and rooms are also well maintained. Battery operated cards available at resort to go round. Pleasant staff of APTDC to guide you.
