It is located at the Eluru Lokulu Center, which is oldest and popular center in Vijayawada.It is a very old building it is run by the endowment department, government of Andhra Pradesh.Kautha's family is a very famous family in Vijayawada. Many years ago they gave to government.For the accommodation of the poor and for the artists.Every day, a variety of artists practice their art.The inn itself is nowhere to be found but for only Rs 50 a day.Especially in the evening where all kinds of artists meet here.This building is a testament to charity.
