Bank service was very poor vtps salary depositing so lately . vtps is given salary cheques by 2nd of every month but union bank are depositing after two or more days, they are using cheap techniques put landline a side on during business hours they won't answer .

Ibrahimpatnam, krishna district branch. Very poor service, cashier's computer knowledge very less. Each person in counter minimum 30 min.above. branch manager not respond with this pandemic situation. Plz. Action sufficient cashier in cash counter

This bank has got a huge number of accounts and transactions one of their account holder [vtps] the office is located in a vast area in Ibrahimpatna next to the Sub-registar office at Vijayawada, the staffs are good and cooperative.
