Best service provided. Really overwhelmed with the staff response. If you are looking for a Bank to open an account. This is it.
This review is specially for Axis Bank Zoo Road Guwahati branch. I felt like I had entered an SBI bank where the staffs are least bothered about customer service maybe even worse than that. Very cocky staffs mainly a guy by the name SAURAV DEY who thinks he owns the bank and customers are working for him, I personally have been banking with Axis for over 10 years now and never had a bad experience until now. I would like to conclude by saying that if I had the authority then i would hire better staffs for that branch and do justice to the bank's reputation. Very sad and disappointing experience. Unfortunately i have to give a star to be able to write a review but in reality the staffs there dont even deserve any form of appreciation.
