Needs to be renovated and preserved properly. Good place to get some fresh air.

A beautiful temple of the Ahom era, this Krishna Temple is a must visit for people who are touring the Northeast and starting their journey from Guwahati.nnThe carvings are very interesting and intricate and they offer a fantastic insight into the abilities of the Ahoms. This place has retained a lot of its original glory as it is an Archaeological site, hence it hasn't been encroached by modern elements.nnPlease be advised that the stone steps leading to the temple are very uneven and are a potential hazard during rainfall, when the stone becomes slippery.

This temple is located at the bank of the river Brahmaputra. It's an ancient temple but no maintenance from Assam Government. Very calm and peaceful surrounding. This is good place to visit with friends and family. This temple is not popular among locals and almost ignored from any government body. Overall very nice place to spend sometime here and get relaxed mind.

It's really a beautiful and serene place. Was hard to get directions but it was worth it. I just wish people don't litter this place and strictly don't bring plastic and other non biodegradable stuff. Picnicking is a big no no. This place needs to be protected. Just embrace the nature, fresh air and river, perfect for meditation. Easier way to reach there is by getting a ferry at Fancy Bazaar to Mazgaon, it's just 100m from Mazgaon Ghat.
