I'm not one to write negative reviews but these people are absolute unequivocal cheats & fraudsters. Stay away at all costs! ... It is a false economy outsourcing accounts to India that appear to be cheaper on the surface but will cost you dearly. My advice is to pay more per hour for a local and more efficient accountant who will require less hours and will understand you business & processes. Vadera & Co will initially give you an ok service then outsource your account to low class workers and bill you for countless hours not possibly worked and expect loads of errors which will cost you dearly. (You will be billed for their incompetence basically ...). All this will be done under the guise of care and with a polite persona - but they are only happy to suck as much money as they can from you. They also threatened to withhold our Xero account which we are in arbitration now to recover. Do not consider!

VNC is like something similar what I was looking for. When I came back to India, Was regretting myself that i wont find anything what i deserve what I am looking for, Joined VNC is November-19 & now I am bit relaxed. Awesome team & Team work. Thanks

If anyone wants to grow in terms of knowledge and financial aspects, Vadera & co is the best platform. It's my personal experience. I have completed 2 years with this company and I have learnt so many things. This company provides you the platform to showcase your skills and gives new abilities to work towards achieving your future goals. The most important aspect is company's working environment and flexibility provided by management. The founders of this company are very supportive and kindhearted.

Sad and inefficient. Writing a review was not in my plan, but I thought to do just to share my experience with this company. When I looked at their website and office structure (early this year), it was impressive. However things turned completely opposite later on. After I was done with the interview, the respected HR told me that 'will give one assessment to you, kindly complete and we shall evaluate your skills'. I went home, didn't get any update.. After around 1-2 weeks, I called them back and asked about my application status and the lady said 'will call you right back'. And then as expected, no response. I thought things would end like this. But then the company contacted me after 6 months, and asked me if I am interested to come for an interview. I said yes, and reached the office around 9:50am, and the receptionist asked me to wait for half an hour! I smiled back and said 'I have to go to office, already running late'. To cut the story short, I was informed 'Our mam just left, will get back to you on mail'. My energy and time again wasted. That's why thought to share this experience. To all the people working at Vadera, kindly respect all the individuals who visit your office (read at your receptionist desk), and especially who makes time for you. Time is precious for all, and the experience has been pathetic. This is sad, and unacceptable. Hope things get better with the team. #peaceout
