A very nice and heritagious hotel to stay with all the amenities available within the premises of the hotel. The hospitality from the members was very warm and welcoming. In the challenging COVID times, my stay was very hygienic and safe. The room was fully sanitized. The staffs in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The food served was delicious and tasty. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay at the hotel thoroughly and to the fullest.

It was a wonderful stay this time. I am a journalist and I often write reviews. Restaurants invite me to review their food. I write according my experience. Let me come to my experience with Welcome ITC. It was better than my last visit before Covid-19. When I came late night at hotel security was not there to check my temperature. But there was a lady warrior, Neha (on reception) who came there to check my temperature. She was very helpful. Infact your staff is so nice. Bhumika is a all time happy girl on reception. Appreciate. I am going to come next week again. That is because I am satisgied with food, facility and services. Thanks. Jay Ho!

Hotel developed in 1985, 1st 5 star Hotel of Vadodara.. But still Classy and Beautiful. Staff is Awesome 😌 it has 2 Restaurants, Wine and Gift Shop. Evening You can have some Live Music and can Sit peacefully near Swimming pool

ITC hotels have a flair of their own, excellent food to match with that. Car parking is a challenge.

It's ITC. Exceptional everything as expected. Food was the best. Only thing I would point out which shouldn't be happening is that every room we were in had a few minor defects. First room the phones weren't working and second room a couple of crucial electrical points were non-functional which caused device charging struggles. Everything else was brilliant and as expected from an ITC Hotel.
