Sharon Methodist Church is one of the oldest Methodist churches in Vadodara. It houses a large majority of the Gujarati Methodist Christian community every Sunday for the morning and the evening church services. The morning service is carried out in Gujarati whereas the evening service is carried out in English. There are major celebrations carried out on the four main days for the Christian community in the entire year namely Christmas, New Year, Good Friday and Easter. The sermons are very intellectual and provide a deep insight into the teachings of the Holy Bible. The area around the church is also very quiet and calm providing a serene sense of tranquility and spirituality that so deeply emphasizes Christian churches.
