Sales after service of Pepperfry is very very bad. I have purchased 3 seater Salina sofa at high cost. Product quality is very poor and sofa cover is opened up at stitches area with in few months and foam is coming out. No response/action for the last 2 months against my follow ups and complaints..

One of the worst furniture products you can get here. I ordered a mint wood furniture and I am so unhappy with the quality. The guy who cam for installation was also fearing to install and said that it might break while assembling. Once purchased there is no modification possible to their products. For the price they offer it's completely worthless. I suggest everyone to refrain from buying the Pepperfry products online as well as from the store.

Highly suggest not to buy and wait for product to get delivered. They made me wait for 15 and then cancelled the delivery. Highly incompetent and fraud site.
