After sales is done, they don't even bother to provide any services. I had purchased Sofa Set, centre table, dining set and two sofa type separate chairs and they needed some repairing work, but they didn't care to do the repairs. Secondly I had given them sofa seats to be changed, they changed the same after charging 5500 but the modified seats were small than specifications and there still remains gap between two seats. Pathetic approach, think 10 times before you visit this shop. Worst experience.

Nice collection of Imported furniture that too on a reasonable rates compare to other showrooms. Nice Ambiance. Nice and well spoken staff,very courteously dealing with each customer. Prompt delivery.Will be happy to shop with them once again.My best wishes for OM Furniture Vadodara Gujarat.

Never buy any product from om furniture.After sale, service support is zero. When you go to purchase they make many false promise regarding after sales service support .but nothing is full fill. Owner talks rudely for services ..

Below average quality Furniture. I purchased full bedroom set before 3 years nd now needs repairing every 3-4 months. Nd no service at all. They do not use Solid wood. They use just wood dust. Totally wastage of money!!

One of reluable place among readymade furniture sellers. Quality and build quality is better than other similar places. However prices are bit higher. There are good options available
