Worst service... In the name of servicing they break my water purifier and left for bringing parts and never received phone till now. After repeated complaining in the branch also no action taken...Most shockingly the boy also signed the service book. Horrible experience.. Not recommend anyone for buying Kutchina products as post buying service is worst.

Worst service. Customer need to request several times for any kind of servicing. Serving quality also poor. Don't know how to fix the problem in many cases.
