Bad behaviour from the staff. They ignore the customers who follow the floor markings and social distancing. Whereas they proudly attend the customers who rush in breaking the queues. Long wait times per customer as they take long time to search the medicine in the store and come up with a stupid face and say not available. What's the use of running an organised pharmacy retail chain. No way to reach out to Apollo complaint helpline or customer support. Better go to reputed local pharmacy shops.
