Me and my family had bad experiences few times. The staffs never bothers to inform you that they don't have the prescribed medicine instead they directly put some other alternative medicine in the bag. I think it's is the moral responsibility of the staff to inform the customer that they don't have the prescribed medicines and based in the consent of customer they should give the medicines. After reaching to home when I saw the reality it felt like I was cheated... Request to other customer please ensure about the medicines before leaving the shop.

You get any medicine you want.. nice and professional staff.. all medicine comes with a valid invoice.. if you become a member of appolo pharmacy you will also get a nice discount on purchases.. happy shopping

Single person handling a big store... Since 15 minutes waiting and finally had to come out without medicine. What's the meaning to go to such branded shop !
