Actually the acquired Bus stand is not operating since beginning, because there is a railway crossing named Gaushala Gate that carry heavy traffic, for the sake of that these days bus runs through the road and nearby places such as from petrol pump.nHeavy trafficnNo public toilet

No govt bus facility for purnea from katihar station, private will take around 2 hr. Better book the auto

It's a small bus stand and you won't find any facilities here yet, thought they are planned to be constructed in near future

This temporary bus stand is situated near Essar petrol pump, you have to walk about 300m toward south from Amar Jawan Chowk to reach here. Only limited number of bus run from this stand. I went there to book for patna, pre booking facility was available. Busses like Balram Krishna, Shobha, New Rajeshwari, operates directly from Katihar to Patna or vice versa. There is no proper infrastructure or building so no any authorized place for agent to sit. No place for passengers to wait. And place is congested as well.
