A young gentleman mr anand got my big problem solved in 15 min. Loved his response and work ethics. All employees are very friendly when given respect and asked in proper manner. The security gaurd manages very well to the big rush.

WORST WORST services provided here. Have to wait too long for our transactions. Employees here are very slow. No answers for our queries. I would give -1 rating if it is available for this place.

The staff is very rude..I have gone there for SMS facility on my number they said,"you must attach your Aadhaar card's Xerox copy" I replied them I have no any Xerox copy right now and it's not essential for SMS facility." The manager told me," Then transfer your account from here". I tried my best to convince him I can't come over and over again and there is no any enclosure or note about any I'd proof copy attachment in form although he misbehaved .

WORST behavior need so much improvements and passbook entry machine is always out of service . This branch is just like a war zone. infact this branch shrinking the reputation of SBI because of it's service and especially staff. I hope that sbi will change staff and will take strict actions against them because they are not volunteering here they get paid for it.
