We booked more than 1 room and in both we noticed Cockroaches. Bed sheets were very dirty. Instead of apologizing staff was rude and still not ready to accept. When we spoke to manager he was no different. 1 star is because restaurant service and staff was very good and welcoming. Go for this hotel only if you have no choice left and ensure they meet your requirements in advance before you check in.

We booked 3 delux rooms. But two rooms had so many small cockroaches, we have to ask to change the room. Though rooms were spacious, but bedsheet/quilt were not clean. Unhygienic and that too in this pandemic was unacceptable. The receptionist was too not courteous. I would not recommend for stay unless they improve their hygiene. Restaurant was good.

The worst experience at such a big Hotel I have ever visited. I stayed for 2 days at Hotel and gave my clothes for laundry service. Hotel administration collected Rs. 40 + Rs. 7 (GST) = Rs. 47/- for this service and in return they changed my clothes with another and now not answering any more. Now they are telling that its fault of that laundry person whereas I paid the charges and GST to Hotel. Such a worst experience. I suggest all the viewers not to avail any service of such type of Hotel and irresponsible administration who is not solving the issue even after knowing the truth and not refunding any amount for their mistake.
