Very poor service overall probably due to monopoly at Simara airport. Recurrent flight delays are not understood when other airways are on time even during festive season!!

Most of the time flight is delayed. Staffs do not put the delay time on the schedule board. It seems 2 hours of delay is just normal for them. Poor service. Not recommended if you have a better option.
