The guy landed up to collect the stool sample and charged 200, off bill to collect from home. The rest itself was 250 then 300 then 350 on being asked how much. They refused to give a receipt of payment and were happy to take the sample without any documentation. Furthermore on enquiry I figured the guy collecting the sample was going to keep it at his house overnight (in conditions that would compromise sample integrity).

Good place. Didn't email the reports in time. You need to keep telling them to sanitize and clean before letting your dog on the table.

It was good, there were not many people around. The staff was quick and I got my report the same day by email. Neat and clean facility, the staff's temperature was being checked while they were coming in.
