They don't maintain any sort of medical records for reference, even for injection and medicine. Highly unprofessional. Even asking for information related to major operation/surgery, they are not willing to provide any sort of details, even on a rough paper, informally.nI used to visit this hospital since 2013 for my pet(at the time of Dr. Maruti) . But, from last few months, my experience with hospital has started becoming worsen.nDr. Attri is good in his work, but being a doctor and a hospital, they should maintain medical/clinical records for pets, which may be needed in future. Oral Narration of previous records doesn't work in medical field, they should need to understand this.nnAttendants/subordinate staff lacks basic expertise in diagnosing the symptoms/disease, and not even try to show interest in diagnosis with proper test. Instead, give anything in the name of medicine as per their instinct. Not recommended, when your pets are in highly stressed situation.

Since it is a military hospital it is sparklingly clean. Is good for getting your dog vaccinated. But if your dog suffers from Kidney disease than you should remain away from here. They will advise saline + dextrose drip two times a day and will charge 1000 RS per day... Good but this treatment may have to be carried out for at least 7 days or for more than a month. They won't inform that Kidney damage is non reversible more often than not nor will they advise about diet. The doctor being a colonel deems it beneath his dignity to look after civilian s dogs. You will be left at the mercy of attendant. Yes good medicines will be provided but you will have to pay full price whereas if you had purchased them from veterinary shops you would have got discounts. Food plays an important part in coping with CKD but of course won't get any advice about diet. One more thing if your pet unfortunately gets afflicted with kidney disease you have to study about it, plan his diet and have to be mentally strong.
