They don't accept any complaints.. They don't care if delivery is late.. Luggage damaged and when complained no one to help you...Bill/ receipt will not be given until asked many times. They will forget you after advance payment... Never get trapped with them...They are cheaters and nothing..I wish God to punish them...

I don't knw why I trusted this band of fraud.nMy mistake i i booked a byk from Noida to Jamnagar at approximately double the price it would have taken by train. The booking was done on 24th Feb and today is 9th March my byk is still at warehouse in Gurugram...nNo idea when will it reach...nI was told 10 days maximum.nSo this grp is not punctual at allnnThey have duffers sitting at their call center so again 0.nTo all fellow persons who are going to book their consignment on drs plz don't

They don't deserve any star. Totally unprofessional. Customer care does not give correct information. Stuff kept lying at one place for days with out any reason. Please do not waste your money, time and energy in hiring them. Hire Ramesh group or any other small or big transport agency.

Recently shifted goods to Noida..however Goods reached were in poor & damaged condition !!
