Worst customer experience, the staff behave very weird, when I asked about the products at United colour of benetton, he didn't bother, they didn't know his products, what he is selling at his store. Then he called his store manager, the store manager talked very rudely and arrogantly. His way of speaking with me was clearly defining his ego in his personality. He was so arogant and egoistic person that he was telling me about his NIFT course, which was totally baseless thing.nnTotally unprofessional staff working there. Very annoyed experience.

It's a nice place to shop kidswear from they have multi brands which helps you with options and variety of cloths, staff there is very helpful, if you're looking for kidswear look no further and go to iconic kids.

I second d customer who has given a bad review abt d staff.they are totally unprofessional.i went to buy a dress for my daughters bday.they did not hv d size but told me they vud mk one to her size.i got my daugjter over to the store to gt measurements taken.n gave the full amount in advance for d dress.the dress i got was too long ...so guess wat...they had forgotten to tk d lenght measurement.i had to wait for another hour n half.i came home and d dress did not fit my daughter inspite of giving measurements and wn i try calling d store no one answers.i

They have a huge variety of clothes and kids items. Could not find ethnic wear for rakshabandhan for my daughter, though it used to be there until few years back.
