The ambience is good. I ordered biryani( expensive one in fact!) for dinner, its subtle and flavourful. Overall, a good experience.

Dum Pukht at the ITC Maurya in New Delhi has transformed into that orbit quite some time back. Even then, every dining experience there is a celebration of the taste, style and the ambience.The restaurant serves its biryanis and slow-cooked kebabs in its magnificent silver and blue dining room, adorned with crystal chandeliers, making it among the best restaurants in Delhi for couples. While here, do not forget to order Dum Pukht biryani, shahi nihari, dudiya kabab and Kakori kabab.

Over hyped. Ambience is good. Can have much better food at these prices. Only thing I liked is biryani.
