This is one of the worst medical store in our area. Very poor customer service , they are not at all bothered and half of the staff have no clue about even common medicines. Also, their billing system is poor , I didn't get a bill on my recent purchase, also once they took the payment they called me again to give them 500 rs which was a fault of their untrained and un informed staff. I used to be a regular customer but won't be going to this place with such untrained staff anymore.nThey shouldn't be calling customers when they make mistakes.
