Used to get good service but since a few months it's really bad. Have to call and beg a lot for pickup and drop. Last time my clothes were smelling bad too after return.

Being a complete fiasco, these guys have become extremely unprofessional and unapologetic. They take ages to pick and drop and are using the worst quality of detergent it seems. Moreover, in my last order they didnt even wash my blankets it seems. I would recommend everyone to just stop using Om Laundromat.

You have to fall on their feet to pick up. After 5-6 requests, they will finally pick up. Then, they won't deliver. You will have to call, request the next day, and the next day, implore, and then they may finally deliver. Every time you call, they will either lie or show some excuse. Horrible service.

Lost my clothes worth 4k with them and then the staff was behaving like it's my fault that they have lost the clothes
