IN MAY LOCKDOWN MY POLICY RENEWAL WAS DUE, BUT I WAS UNABLE TO RENEW FROM THEIR WEBSITE, TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO ONE RESPONDS OR CALLS BACK, CHENNAI HEAD OFFICE NO ALSO NO PICKING UP. MAILED THEM NO REPLY, NOW MY POLICY HAS LAPSED THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO IT. I DID NOT GET A REMINDER MAIL, LETTER OR SMS FOR RENEWAL.
