Still poor management, and prices have breached all limits.nSome inhouse loyalty system introduced, doesn't work as expected.nn2 years ago:nNot very efficient at managing queues, staff is not friendly at all, they give fuel to people out of the queue and hold queues for varied reasons. The Indian Oil Company has collaborated with Jet Airways for the JetPrivilege program, but hardly anyone understands what is it about. And to avail the offer they have an EDC machine, which is mostly out of order.

All things were maintained so well. So clean and No rush. All were followed social distancing and pandemic precautions. You can go and get fuel for your vehicle very conveniently. Only one con is that there was no hand sanitizer in the ATM. For that you can carry your own.
