We had very bad experience with the store.nThese guys are thief, they will show u amazing products in display, but actual delivery product will be very low quality. Store managers will literally abuse. Never buy from the store, trust me you will regret.

Was amazed to see such fine range of good quality furniture with excellent finishing & designs at such a reasonable price. No wonder it is one of the oldest and known furniture stores of Delhi. I still have 25 year old mom’s dowry furniture bought from them. Its still strong and sturdy. As good as new. Now they have added new designs and ranges and they are all so reasonable compared to other quality furniture stores in Delhi.

We bought a sofa set with a recliner from Nirmal Furniture Kirti Nagar New Delhi. Within few months recliner stopped opening with the button/lever provided. Now it’s to be done manually which’s very difficult. The stitching on the sofa started to fall apart at multiple places. In short-Very poor stiching and mechanical parts

Honestly speaking we are not satisfied with Nirmal’s Sofa.nnPoor Quality products, Pathetic after service; false commitment etc.nnTotal waste of your hard earned money. So think before- twice; after all its your money!nnBeware of Miss Kirti there. As her commitment skills are pathetic! In my case.
