Pathetic service n salesman.. no interest in what customers want and require. Not interested in the deadlines by customers. No business ethics , zero proffesionalism. If somebody wants to waste there time and wants there furniture in 1 year of span ( a sofa that others delivers in 3-7 days) than do check them out.

very pathetic owner and his staff they give very cheap quality material sofa.i will recommend not to buy from here pay anywhere else 10 thousand extra but take nice thing owner is very nice at the time of purchasing but once you give money they are opposite so pls dont take anything from here

They not only sell third class material but also very pathetic in giving you warranty or repair. I bought sofa for 40k which was available around 35k in other shops. Material is so cheap that it started breaking within 3-4 months. When I asked for warranty then they asked me to pay for getting your sofa till our showroom and getting it back to your home. It means 1500 one side. I have to spend 3k for getting repaired this third class quality, which I realize it won’t last 6 months also. Be careful before buying anything from this showroom. I regret why didn’t I read reviews here before buying from this place. Please guys even if you have to pay 2-3k extra then you can look for options because material is not good at all. I still wish I could see these reviews from other people. But thanks I will be extra careful next time.

Sofa mall is surely a place ...which I found the biggest exclusive place for sofas in Delhi. The staff is courteous and offer all sofa services. You can negotiate also. Moreover..their products are better than your local furniture markets.
