not a bad place but cant stay there for more than a night. the service is good, so is the food but the vibe is not welcoming at all. there are events going on every week and if you there are the event... there goes your good night's sleep. the vibe, to elaborate,... the restaurant which is on the terrace of the hotel is ILL PLANNED and eating in such a place for the prices you pay is like a punishment.nAgain: GOOD FOR A NIGHT'S STAY!!!!!

Location wise the hotel is really good. Service can be given 3.5/5. But the rooms needs improvement. Ac doesn't work, water from the toilet doesn't turn off. Tv at times doesn't work. Room 209 is good to stay in, the bathroom is big as well as the room. Rooms are spacious. But they do need to improve a lot of rooms. Buffet breakfast is good.

worst ambience, rude manager, no complimentary water also, dining experience was worst ever because filthy area and servicing area also worst

Excellent service. The staff are very helpful. They took care of luggage even after I checked out. Overall amazing.
