Very polite and welcoming staff... Unlike other car sellers these days who treat customers second, Delhi ford believes in satisfying customer. I v still not made the purchase but very happy with the etiquettes of dealership. Keep it up!!

I had visited last week as i had to buy a car by 31st March. Being a well known buyer i had visited to get a quote first. I was quoted a price which was suitable for my pocket and i really liked it but i wanted to finalise it in a day ir two, so i didnt book the car that day. 2 days later, as the dealer now knows that i will for sure be buying the car tells me that i need to buy it on the on road price and not the disxounted price that i was being offered earlier. In a matter of 2 days, he changed the price back to the on road price because he knew for a fact that the customer has to buy the car now so leta extract as much as possible. I was let down, never experienced this kind of customer service, i called up Dwarka Ford, got an amazing offer which was way better than Delhi Ford's offer and even when the person at Dwarka Ford knew that i was for sure buying a car by the end of that month, he offered me a discounted price rather than pulling out more money from me, to anyone reading this, feel free to contact me, and please visit Dwarka Ford as they dont make fake promises and deliver vehicles on time

Bought Ford Endeavour 3.2 from them. Never seen such a nice customer service. Mr. Safee was very kind and everything was taken care off by him. It was such a wonderful experience, never imagined buying a car can be this easy. Thanks to the whole team
