Big and imposing, with a wide selection of vehicles on display. But the vibe is a bit unfriendly. Maybe its the dark colors all around and the closed off spaces. I would suggest looking at the Volvo showroom located not far away and taking some inspiration on friendly design, colors, open spaces, positive energy. That's my honest feedback. It would also help to have a greeter near the door (Walmart style) who can guide and direct you (we had to ask the guard at the gate).

I had a lovely experience with T&T motors. I would like to mention Mr.Himanshu Sharma. He was very well versed and very courteous & helpful.nI was in a different location and was unable to get my colour and model of car.nBut T&T has a better range of selection and Mr. Himanshu got the car according to all my specifications within 2 days.nI am really pleased with their services and would definitely suggest this mercedes showroom.

Snobbish staff. Had visited here 3 years ago to buy a CLA and instead bought a BMW GT just because of the snobbish salesperson. I visited again 2 days ago to see either newly launched A-class sedan or GLE (they didn't have either of the cars to show btw nor did the salesperson bother to inform me or encourage me with any information to visit again when any of these are available) to which their absolutely unenergetic and unenthusiastic salesperson attended being totally uninterested in actually selling ANY car. I have an Audi Q3 & a BMW GT but seems like i would most probably not be buying a Merc any soon ONLY because of worst sales representative they have !nnPLEASE IMPROVE ON IT AT EARLIEST !!! It's a critical feedback from an actual buyer you guys missed not once but twice and now probably for the third time.
