Located near IGI, New Delhi, in Aerocity.nWorth not less than 7 star. Giving a 5 star rating is doing injustice to them. And that's not an exaggeration.nHospitality at its best. Lip smacking food.nBuffet breakfast and dinner served were simply awesome, accompanied by impeccable service.nRooms are bright, spacious and well appointed.nNote: some facilities are closed right now owing to covid 19

I have been here a lot, it's a great property. Well maintained as most Aerocity hotels. The prices are reasonable too.nnBut this time, the service wasn't up to the standards. I attended a few family functions here, and the food service staff wasn't well informed, water bottles were provided a couple of hours later, after constant reminders. Even the lunch started 1 hour after the designated time, and guests were left waiting.nI believe it was the contracted staff, but that shouldn't be the excuse. The management needs to be responsible for the same.nnOtherwise the food, decorations and other arrangements were amazing.nI'll not let one average experience in these pandemic times decide that it's a bad property.nnAnd yes, the GM was very polite and helpful. Helped my uncle carry his luggage till his room when the staff was short.
