Friendly staff. Even though I the plan was not for me, they did remove the time to talk to me and explain certain things that i needed clarity in. Overall it was great experience and definitely going to try them out in the future when the situation demands so. Thanks. Good luck

UPDATE: Since the review I have met with the InstaCA team and they have resolved all the queries that I had. It was good to have a frank discussion and the initiative taken by Tanvi, the founder to reach out was in a good spirit.nnI have decided now to continue to engage them on an ongoing basis for my bookkeeping work and hope to have a good engagement with them.nn--------------nPrevious review:nnThe idea of InstaCA is good. The founder however is let down by her poor quality assistants.

They do not provide the service I am looking for. Nobody responds to the refund emails. Looks like understaffed or team that does not care about the customers.nnUpdate: They refunded the amount back.

Insta C.A was very helpful . They were very prompt & professional and helped me out at the last minute. Filing returns on time is always a challenge for me as I travel a lot for work and usually mis deadlines. But with Insta CA, I didn’t have to worry at all, they made sure everything was done smoothly and my return was filed before time. Insta CA all the way for all my Income Tax related stuff going forward. Good work guys!
