Very poor management in all over india. I think eastern region manufacturing plant head should have to be in NO 1 POSITION for misbehaving with his staffs. In last one and half year he has lost 6 HODs and 10 no of other staffs due to his mis behavior. To conceal his inefficiency now he is busy to thread his present working employer by demolishing his ex employees career contacting with their current employer.nnBut higher management still thinks that he is the best. No action yet not taken after getting too many complaints against him..
