Quick delivery but the clothes are not properly cleaned, even my handkerchief, socks, cushion cover omg it was still dirty.

Using this service for 3 years now. Used to be a great 5 star service once upon a time. Sadly, it's become highly unreliable these days. The staff and line mangement is all over the place. One needs to keep good number of hours/days in buffer as the delivery timelines may not be as per commitment. Also, double check your billing number. And demand a proper bill of payment and recheck before paying.
